The inscriptions will be formalized by the filmmakers, producers or their legal representatives.
Registration in the KIROLENE FILM is free and will be made through this website.
The registration period will be from March 1 to May 1, 2018.

Send a compressed folder to firstname.lastname@example.org through www.wetransfer.com. The folder will have the following components:
Name of the folder: name and two surnames of the registered person
The digital archive in high quality of the short film: maximum duration of the short film 7 minutes
The digital file in high quality of the teaser: duration of the teaser from 30 seconds to 1 minute
Two promotional images of the short film
Works whose language is foreign to the two official languages of the Basque Autonomous Community, whatever the language of the original version, must be accompanied by subtitles of one of the two official languages of the Basque community: The dialogues will be subtitled or voice off in Basque and / or Spanish.
The participant authorizes the use of extracts of the work presented in television, cinema or internet for the promotion of KIROLENE FILM FEST.
If the work is admitted, the pre-selection copy will become part of the historical file of the KIROLENE FILM and can be used for internal consultations or as a promotion of KIROLENE. For any other use, authorization will be requested from the holders of the rights they wish to have.
All those works whose theme is developed or related to the natural environment, such as skiing, snowboarding, mountaineering, climbing, mountain sports and adventure, mountain biking, diving, sailing, ecology, environment, ethnography ...
Only productions made as of January 1, 2017 can compete in this edition.
Each participant will be able to compete with more than one work, being an indispensable requirement to present an inscription for each one.
The Selection Committee will make the selection and programming of the films in competition. The management of KIROLENE FILM reserves the right to modify the programming.
The participant guarantees that he is the owner of the intellectual property rights over the registered work. At the same time, it guarantees that there is no legal, contractual or other limitation that could diminish the faculty of the KIROLENE FILM organization to publicly exhibit the presented work. Likewise, it states that it has the pertinent authorizations from persons or entities that own rights over different elements that appear in the work presented, music, images, graphics, etc ... The enrollee agrees to keep the organization of KIROLENE FILM before possible claims that in the matter of author rights can be initiated by third parties.
The short films must be digital files with the following recommended characteristics:
Video codec: H264
Frame size: 1920 x 1080
Standard audio format
The inscriptions must be accompanied by 2 images of the film plus a teaser of the short film with a duration of no more than 30 seconds at 1 minute to be reproduced, published or exhibited for promotional purposes of the festival.
Preferred format: Digital, 300 dpi, jpeg or Tiff
The photographs must be accompanied by the title of the film, location and credits of the author. The photographs of the selected works will be saved in the KIROLENE FILM file.
OFFICIAL COMPETITIVE SECTION
Intended for films that meet the following requirements:
Duration equal to or less than 7 minutes, whose character privileges the sports point of view, and / or naturalistic, and / or of aesthetic, and / or social, and / or comic and / or philosophical interest of the aforementioned activities.
Provide a teaser of no more than 30 seconds to 1 minute for playback on the KIROLENE FILM website and access the social media prize.
ENJOY KIROLENE FILM IN DURANGO
The finalists are invited to enjoy and share the festival while having a special opportunity to meet other filmmakers and frontline agents in the world of outdoor sports.
As special guests, the finalists will receive the invitation to present their film personally at the public screening in our theaters
