An initiation cave in a breathtaking natural park.
This beautiful cavity is located in the vicinity of the town of Eulate, near the port of Eulate, near the source of Noriturri, which gives its name to this cave, located on Mount Limitations within the Urbasa-Entzia natural park.
The Noriturri cave is known in the Urbasa-Entzia mountains for being a shepherds' refuge and a refuge in the civil war.
Explored for the first time in 1904, to which different archaeological and topographical studies are added, it makes it a very enriching activity within Speleology with a multitude of curiosities to discover.
A narrow entrance opening gives way to a room with low flat ceilings that after overcoming a chaos of blocks, we enter the most spectacular room-gallery of the cavity. With a multitude of speleothems, small drips of water, oseras, claws, huge gours or underground lakes and with floors that look like sidewalks of our neighborhood for the convenience of walking through the gallery. An optional narrow section for the most daring that takes us to a tributary with low passes and many more surprises to discover in a very delicate environment that we must take care of and preserve for future caving visits.
Come and enjoy the underground world in the Noriturri cave, ideal for visiting with the family.
