Through a fun series of exercises, we ensure that each group improves in decision making, strengthening team spirit and reducing stress and confrontations in the workplace.
In this programme, we take part in various games requiring strategy and skill to bring out the different emotional and rational competencies of each participant.
At the start of each game, groups need to assess themselves quickly and choose participants that they think will be best suited to solving the challenges, developing a new strategy for each game.
At the end of each challenge, we will assess what we have learnt, as well as thinking about how we can apply these skills in the workplace, acquiring simple but very practical skills to benefit our personal development.
The winning team will gain the respect of the others. The only prize is the reward of having learnt through experience, and the satisfaction of teamwork, fulfilment and achievement in a dynamic way outside of the familiar workplace.
