Which cave do we recommend?

At Inguru Abentura we offer a wide variety of caves where no experience is necessary and others where the level is more advanced. If you are a beginner in this discipline we recommend the Marko Cave, but if it is not your first time and you want to get muddy, the Lamiak or Mairu Caves are the best option. Shall we go into the Jentilzubi Cave with ropes and harnesses? Mythology and sporting activity.

Who can go caving?

We believe that anyone is suitable for an activity such as caving. However, we recommend that you are not claustrophobic, as in many caves you will have to crawl and crawl through narrow passages in search of new rooms to discover.

What is the recommended minimum age?

It all depends on the cave chosen. The minimum age we recommend is from 8 to 14 years old, but there are several factors to take into account. For example, they must always be accompanied by an adult or have permission to do the activity. We can change the activity to a simple and more familiar cave such as the Cueva de Iguaran.

What does the caving activity include?

  • Collective technical equipment (rucksack, first aid kit, emergency telephone, etc.).
  • Individual technical equipment (helmet with headlamp and protective overalls)
  • Qualified guides or specialised sports technicians with extensive experience.
  • Civil Liability and Accident Assistance
  • 21% V.A.T.
