Pitche climbs: Safety using single and double cords, meeting up, and basic techniques.
Classic climbing: Basic techniques, opening up routes, installing anchor points.
Preparation: Climbing reviews, things to bear in mind, preparing your equipment, etc.
Safety and rescue: prevention and self protection, rescue techniques.
