Fuente El Haya Canyon
Fuente El Haya is a very suitable descent to begin in the world of canyoning.
In the beautiful valley of Ayala, on the slopes of Mount Ungino, there are a series of ravines that cross each other on their descent, uniting their waters with one another, contributing flow to the Hías river.
After a 25-minute approximation along a track that we go up the Hias River to the access road to the Salto canyon, where our descent begins.
We begin the activity with two beautiful rappels of 10 and 12 meters and an area with a couple of projections, until we reach the confluence of the Somo ravine, a river that provides water for our descent. A second area with a rappel of 10 meters and a pair of short slides, leads us to the waterfall of the Pasada Mala ravine, a new contribution of water to our ravine. A last area, leaves us in the last rappel of 25 meters narrow and channeled by water in a helical way (most beautiful waterfall in Araba) that will leave us with very good feelings in a pool always flooded, where the canyoning activity ends.
After 10 minutes we will return to our vehicles through a small PR that takes us to the starting point of the activity.
